Tissue Regeneration Specialist position overview
This Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) is responsible for selling Organogenesis Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians and surgeons in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. 
Responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales producing calls, utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge, developing and following a solid territory business plan, and reporting sales-related activities to upper management through a call reporting system. This position will be responsible for selling products to physicians, surgeons, and support staff in hospitals, offices, and clinics, and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where and when appropriate.

Call points include but are not limited to:
  • Podiatry
  • Vascular Surgeons
  • Plastic Surgeons
  • General Surgeons
  • Dermatology
  • Wound, Ostomy, & Continence Nurses (WOCN's)
Territory parameters
  • West of the MS River, I-49 West (Shreveport to Alexandria & Lafayette down to Morgan City, LA. Over to Lake Charles).

Acceptable candidate location
  • Lafayette, Shreveport, or within a 30-40min drive of the area.

Minimum requirements (required experience)
  • 2+ years of med device sales experience.
  • Documented track record of sales performance (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.).
  • Consultative sales experience/mentality.
    • Proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hunter mentality and abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, coachable, and a passion for helping patients.
  • Willing to travel as needed & reside within the territory parameters.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree.
Ideal attributes/experience (preferred)
  • 2-3+ years of med device sales experience (preferably in wound/Mohs-derm/podiatry/plastics/ortho) and documented sales success.
  • Strong relationships calling into the private office and acute care settings.
Compensation & benefits
  • Base salary: $80-$95K (based on experience & relationships)
    • Commission: uncapped, paid out monthly
  • Avg total 1st year: $180-195K+
