Why You Should Join Us
This is a Regional Account Executive role in the South Central (AR, KS, LA, NM, OK, TX). You will promote and sell WoundVision’s technology and services. This position includes prospecting qualified leads, online and in-person product demonstrations, creating proposals, making sales presentations, contract negotiations, and support of our overall sales and marketing efforts. This is a full- time position reporting to the Vice President of Sales.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Account Executive, you will:
Prospect and target an audience that includes wound care, nurse leadership, risk management, quality, physicians, hospital administration, and C-Suite.
Conduct product demonstrations virtually or in-person in harmony with our value proposition and clinical utility.
Add new customers to our customer base and protect our current book of business in this region.
Work with existing customers to introduce, promote and increase usage of our solution throughout the entire facility or system.
Work closely with our Clinical team to plan and implement product training and education.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and the value to our customers.
Actively participate in meetings, conference calls, and trade shows as needed.
Perform duties in patient care areas and meet hospital credentialing requirements.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in either medical device/software sales (preferred), acute care hospital sales, and/or B2B/SaaS sales.
Comfortable with territory parameters and willing to travel ~5-15 days per month (meetings will be held in-person as well as virtually).
Looking to step outside of their comfort zone and transform their expertise into the arena of disruptive tech, capital sales, enterprise software, and innovative solutions.
Very analytical, with strong pipeline management and territory planning/management skills. Proven self-starter while also working as part of a team.
Demonstrated success in a complex sales process and the ability to sell to teams of buyers and multiple decision makers in a healthcare setting.
Skilled in utilization of CRM tools for prospecting, sales campaign creation, and planning and documenting sales activities.
Compensation
Base: $90-100K (based upon experience)
