Why You Should Join Us

This is an individual contributor sales position, titled TRA. You’ll cover the Tallahassee area. You will be responsible for selling Organogenesis Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians, surgeons, and clinical support staff in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. This role will support 1 senior-level sales reps (TRS) to further support customers and drive revenue and will have the opportunity to be promoted into a TRS once enough business is created.

What We’re Looking For

  • Documented track record of sales performance (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.)
  • Consultative sales experience/mentality; proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player, hunter mentality and abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachable, passionate for helping patients
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • 4-year degree

    • Base salary: $85-95K (based on relationships and experience)

    • Variable: 7K Bonus monthly x 12 months

    • OTE:  $179K
