Tissue Regeneration Associate position overview
This Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA) is responsible for selling Organogenesis' Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians, surgeons, and clinical support staff in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. This role will support a senior-level sales rep (TRS) to further support customers and drive revenue and will have the opportunity to be promoted to a TRS.
 
The Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA) is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales-producing calls, utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge, developing and following a solid territory business plan, and reporting sales-related activities to upper management through a call reporting system. This position will be responsible for selling products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where and when appropriate. Overnight travel may be required.

  • Wound/Wound Care Nurses (WOCN/WCC)
 
Territory parameters:
  • Nashville and surrounding areas

Acceptable candidate locations:
  • Nashville, TN, or a nearby area
Minimum requirements (required experience)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Light medical device experience &/or 2+ years of B2B/outside sales experience with documented sales performance track record (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.)
    • Also open to other healthcare sales backgrounds (diagnostics, surgical/OR, orthotics/prosthetics, etc.).
  • Consultative sales experience/mentality; proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professionalism, team player, self-motivated, road warrior, hunter mentality/ready to run/gritty, strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachable, passionate about helping patients
  • Willing to travel as needed
 
Compensation & benefits
  • Base salary: $75-85K (based on experience)
  • Variable of $6,500 paid out monthly (mix of revenue & MBOs) + eligible for a quarterly kicker of $1,500.
  • Expected first-year earnings: $153-163K
