In this role, you’ll sell our innovative sterile surgical covers, infection control solutions, and urology products to healthcare facilities. You'll manage existing accounts, drive new business, provide in-service training, and build strong customer relationships. What You’ll Do

As a Territory Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain key physician and hospital contacts to achieve corporate objectives while servicing the customer to meet their needs.

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed individual sales goals assigned by Regional Management using persuasive communication and effective selling skills.

  • Keep up-to-date on all product, clinical and procedural knowledge as it relates to the products being sold within a specific territory.

  • Effectively manage assigned territory through sales activities such as territory analysis, prospects, growing and maintaining existing accounts, and trials/evaluations.

  • Maintain business climate awareness and industry knowledge in order to implement successful sales strategies.

  • Develop quarterly business plans with identified key account targets for each main product category.

  • Ensure a superior customer service orientation with each account.

  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times both externally with customers and internally with Company employees.

  • Keep management and sales personnel aware of any selling tips, success stories and suggestions that may help the sales organization.

  • Provide ongoing information to Sales Management and Marketing on all competitive activities and product introductions or evaluations through the respective geographic boundaries.

  • Report all weekly sales activities via call reports to Regional Business Manager and home office.

  • Submit weekly expense report when necessary and adheres to expense policy and procedures.

  • Maintain specific account knowledge within assigned territory such as: key decision makers in each department, department hierarchy, products used and how they are used, company products and competitor’s products, and hospital programs.

  • Consistently communicate new product ideas and potential improvements to sales and marketing management.

  • May help introduce new product prototypes to various centers of influence and follow up on these introductions when asked by the Marketing Department.

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of medical device sales experience (uro*/ortho/physician interfaced preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Understanding of hospital account management and proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships 

  • Proficient in managing and organizing a full pipeline, including different priorities, accounts, and opportunities

  • Self-driven individual capable of operating independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; articulate, detail-oriented, empathetic, and a relationship builder

  • Ability to travel throughout territory parameters, including overnight and occasional weekend travel throughout the assigned territory and at times other locations in the US to support business needs

  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Overview / Benefits, Car Package & Tools Provided

  • Base: $60-75k DOE
  • Total First Year On-Target Earnings: $180k+ uncapped

Commission Structure:

  • Uncapped commission paid out monthly + weekly salary
  • Receive commissions as of day 1
  • Commission on existing + new business

Other Benefits:

  • Car Package: $600/month allowance; loss damage waiver required for rental cars; fuel and car washes covered.
  • Expenses: Reimbursed (via personal credit card).
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly salary direct deposit & monthly uncapped commissions paid out.
  • Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, plus $25K Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability (starts 1st of the month after 30 days).
  • Retirement Plan: 401K & Roth with company match (100% up to 3%, 50% up to 5%); eligibility after 6 months.
