This is a Sales Representative role in the San Fran area. You will play a pivotal role in driving market adoption of Treace’s industry-leading products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with foot and ankle surgeons, provide in-theater case support, deliver educational training, and partner cross-functionally to drive sales growth within your territory. What You’ll Do

As an Sales Representative you will:

  • Promote and support the adoption of the Lapiplasty® System and related products.

  • Provide real-time case support in the operating room, ensuring successful surgical outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

  • Execute product training for surgeons, including both didactic and cadaveric labs.

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities; manage pipeline from lead to close.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to provide product feedback and market insights.

  • Maintain a high standard of compliance with hospital credentialing and industry regulations.

  • Represent Treace with professionalism and integrity, always prioritizing the customer’s needs.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  •  Minimum 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.

  • Demonstrated success in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment.

  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to master complex surgical procedures and technologies.

  • Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time; overnight travel up to 20%.

  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.

  • Ability to meet and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.

  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency to win every day.

  • Creative, tenacious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
