Why You Should Join Us

This is an Clinical Account Specialist role in the San Diego/ Los Angeles area where you’ll be responsible for regional clinical support to assigned accounts through product and clinical expertise. The position is to provide ongoing clinical education, product training and technical support for Sanara MedTech products, primarily within a Surgical environment. It requires the ability to quickly gain credibility with customers and partner with hospital employees and leadership to support clinical education. The individual will work closely with the regional sales manager to ensure all company and project objectives are met.

What You’ll Do

As an Clinical Account Specialist, you will:

  • Providing education and clinical support to potential and existing customers from the OR personnel, hospital staff to the C Suite in hydrolyzed collagen, infection prevention and orthobiologics.

  • Provide specialized product and clinical expertise to support targeted sales opportunities and various growth opportunity projects within regional facilities.

  • Contribute to clinical tasks including approved inservice and CE presentations, and as a clinical customer educational resource.

  • Communicate product details, regulatory factors, basic coding and payment if applicable, and assist with product related technical and business analytic activities.

  • Establish relationships with thought leaders, customers, and clinicians.

  • Participate in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of clinical education programs and customer support activities.

  • Address program services and product related questions from sales and customers.

  • Independent and collaborative work to support the sales team strategic plan by sharing clinical knowledge, experience, and information to optimize brand recognition and facility growth opportunities.

  • Maintain a collaborative and positive team approach with internal and external customers consistent with the culture of Sanara MedTech.

What You’ll Need

  • Must be a licensed professional nurse (RN) with a current and unrestricted license

  • Bachelor’s prepared or higher required

  • Current OR, CNE, or Wound specialist certification from AORN, NLN, or ABWM or WOCN

  • Five years or more of acute care experience, OR preferred

  • Experience in medical device, surgical, or pharmaceutical (med/surg/pharma) industry preferred

  • Two years clinical education or management experience

  • Proven record of accomplishment with demonstrated ability to manage a large geographic territory preferred.

 

Perks of the Job

Compensation: 

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (California potentially at the higher end).

  • Variable Compensation: Bonus eligibility

  • Total Compensation: Base + Bonus + Stock options
