With strong understanding of Food Safety and Quality principles the Quality & Safety Technician will lead site quality & safety team members to perform process audits, monitoring and verification checks, shelf-life evaluations and collection of food safety and quality data as applicable. Key responsibilities and duties: Monitor and verify compliance with food safety and quality programs and procedures on a day-to-day basis.Ability to lead quality & safety teams on a day-to-day basis and as a backup for site Quality lead.Deliver training to ensure seamless execution of tasks for new operations and processes.Identify, escalate, and investigate food safety and quality opportunities at the site, including through corrective action implementation.Ensure site compliance with food safety regulations.Execute quality, safety and continuous improvement projects as needed.
