Job Title: Program Manager for Cardiac

Overview

The Program Manager, Cardiac is responsible for driving end-to-end success for cardiac patients and enterprise cardiac accounts. This role owns patient success across the cardiac program, ensuring efficient service delivery, successful treatment completion, and strong outcomes for enterprise partners.

Reporting to the Head of Cardiac or Vice President of Sales, the Program Manager identifies gaps in patient servicing and account performance, works cross-functionally to implement solutions, and improves operational workflows to support scalable growth of the cardiac enterprise business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Success & Program Ownership

  • Own the cardiac patient journey from referral through treatment completion.
  • Ensure timely, coordinated, and high-quality patient servicing.
  • Monitor patient progress and proactively address risks to completion or outcomes.

Enterprise Account Support

  • Serve as the primary operational owner for all cardiac enterprise accounts.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality servicing aligned with clinical and contractual expectations.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support account retention and growth.

Gap Identification & Process Improvement

  • Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in patient servicing and enterprise workflows.
  • Analyze operational and patient experience data to inform improvements.
  • Implement scalable solutions to enhance outcomes, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Establishment/Implementation team to resolve servicing gaps.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, sales, and technology teams to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise accounts and internal stakeholders.

Program Execution & Scaling

  • Support launch and optimization of cardiac programs for new and existing accounts.
  • In coordination with Establishment, develop and maintain SOPs and best practices.
  • Ensure the cardiac program scales effectively while maintaining quality.

Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Cardiac and/or VP of Sales.
  • Track and report KPIs

Measures of Success

  • Improved patient treatment completion rates and outcomes
  • High satisfaction and retention across enterprise cardiac accounts
  • Reduced operational gaps and inefficiencies
  • Scalable, repeatable cardiac program workflows
