Minimum Requirements
Nuclear Medicine Expertise: Substantial knowledge and experience in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging is essential and will be a key factor in the selection process
Executive Presence: Proven ability to communicate effectively with director and VP-level contacts
Sales Experience: Medical device sales experience, preferably project-based sales vs. product sales
Industry Background: Medical device sales experience, preferably in medical imaging and radiology fields
Medical device manufacturers (GE Healthcare, Siemens, Philips) with nuclear medicine experience
Nuclear medicine technologists with commercial experience
Nuclear medicine physicists with commercial background
Radiopharmaceutical industry professionals (Novartis, Lilly, Cardinal Health)
Pharmacists with nuclear medicine experience
Strong technical competence and executive-level business acumen
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with strategic perspective
Exceptional follow-up and communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit for identifying and developing new opportunities
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Detail-oriented with strong deadline management and task prioritization skills
Job Requirements
Manage and develop strategic relationships with 20-25 key national accounts including Cardinal Health, Novartis, Eli Lilly, Jubilant, and other major radiopharmaceutical companies
Drive national account and large project sales of Capintec's comprehensive nuclear medicine product portfolio
Develop account strategies to maximize business opportunities and increase market penetration
Establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives and VP-level contacts
Focus on solutions-based selling rather than transactional product sales
Identify and capture large projects ($100K-$500K contracts) in early development stages
Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
Lead business development efforts in competitive market environments
Create and deliver technical presentations showcasing Capintec's product features and benefits
Ensure consistent approach to account management across geographies and decision-making levels
Develop effective customer relations to maximize satisfaction, service delivery, and needs awareness
Understand customer equipment roadmaps to align with Capintec's solutions and capabilities
Conduct group presentations to key decision-makers on Capintec solutions
Support the growing theranostics market opportunity with existing and new customers
Build exclusive or preferred supplier relationships by overcoming entrenched competitors
Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence and coordinate sales strategies
Maintain detailed account records and provide regular sales reporting
