Our portfolio also includes Golden Paintworks, a division focused on specialty architectural products. Golden Artist Colors is seeking a:Position Title: Manufacturing Quality TechnicianLocation: New BerlinSupervisor: Manufacturing Quality SpecialistDepartment: OperationsPay Range: $22.69/hour to $28.37/hourResponsibilities:The Manufacturing Quality Technician (MQT) will be completing inline quality audits, quality inspections, dispositioning materials, and driving corrective actions. This position will assist the Manufacturing Quality Specialist (MQS) with addressing quality issues, drafting/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and assisting in the development of a supplier quality system. The MQT will be responsible for testing and monitoring physical samples/materials in accordance with quality standards to ensure compliance; this includes incoming materials, work in process (WIP), and finished goods. The position will be documenting, communicating, and tracking quality statuses, maintaining documentation systems, creating and maintaining SOPs, and ensuring quality control is maintained within all areas of Operations. The MQT must possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, manufacturing quality, possess excellent computer skills, and the ability to analyze and present technical information using strong communication skills.
