As we expand our company, the Field Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of SteriCUBE systems in healthcare facilities.

This is a Field Service Manager role where you’ll be the primary liaison between SteriCUBE and its customers, ensuring equipment reliability and positive customer experience. This will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing scheduled preventative maintenance, and educating staff on product maintenance. Finally, you will be responsible for managing the Service Operating system including case management and documentation. As SteriCUBE scales, this role will expand to manage a team of Field Service Technicians that will eventually be the primary roles performing the maintenance and repair of the SteriCUBE systems.
What You’ll Do
As an Field Service Manager, you will:
Installation & Set-Up: Installing and configuring the SteriCUBE system at healthcare facilities, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Performing scheduled preventative maintenance at healthcare facilities to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Performing troubleshooting and repairs as needed at healthcare facilities to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Talent Offense: Recruit and hire exceptional talent as SteriCUBE and need for Service grows. Lead and guide team of SteriCUBE specialists to deliver outstanding service and drive adoption of the SteriCUBE system.
Technical Support: Providing on-site and remote technical support to address any performance issues or customer concerns
Customer Training: Educating healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices to ensure effective operation and safety.
Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with the SteriCUBE quality system, regulatory standards, company policies, and industry guidelines.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules, as well as documenting any changes made to the devices.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and technician performance.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Collaboration: Working closely with SteriCUBE leaders and staff deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
Budget Management: Managing the budget for field service operations, including labor, travel, and equipment costs.
What You’ll Need
Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field
Relevant Certifications (not req’d): Managing the budget for field service operations, including labor, travel, and equipment costs.
Experience: Previous experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of medical devices or related equipment. Experience in hospital setting, Sterile Processing experience preferred.

Base Salary: $120-130k
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $140-150k
