This is a Clinical Specialist role, based in Michigan where you’ll be responsible for supporting territory strategy and tactics as directed by aligned territory manager(s) and regional manager. Objectives will include growing market share, building long-term relationships, supporting maximum sales profitability through case coverage and clinical education. 

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Specialist, you will:

  • Establishes daily cadence of presence in customer accounts by way of lab visits, case coverage, stroke call, and training/education.

  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their account needs and patient population; identifies opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

  • Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

  • Strategically and thoroughly introduces customers to new products, services, and enhancements.

  • Provide in-servicing and clinical information to end users in and around the procedure rooms and surgical suites.

  • Supports market development efforts to increase the number of patients available to receive our treatment.

  • Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Monitor competition within the assigned territory.

  • Ensures appropriate communication processes are established within and across functional groups.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Vascular experience and interventional radiology knowledge.

  • Associate degree in related field OR relevant work experience.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Valid US driver’s license & active auto liability insurance.

  • Ability to maintain vendor credentialing standards consistent with hospital account requirements.

Preferred Experience:

  • Radiology Technologist with Neurovascular experience.

Perks of the Job

Compensation: 

  • Base Salary: $95k

  • Variable: $75k, paid quarterly. First 90 days MBO based on training. Next 6 months will be focused on case coverage and other task based objectives. 
  • Total Comp: $170k

Location

Territory Perameters: Michigan - up to 25% overnight travel
Ideal Candidate Location: Grand Rapids, Detroit, MI - near an airport and willing to also drive statewide.
