Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree
● 1-2+ years of experience in a B2B outside sales role
● Consultative sales experience/mentality; proficient in selling a product/service
● Eager for an opportunity to break into the Medical Device industry
● Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
● Key personality traits: Coachable, driven, hungry, adaptable, clear communicator
 
Job Requirements
  • The Associate Sales Rep is responsible for supporting cases and selling PainTEQ’s LinQ procedure within the territory
  • The primary function of this role is to support the Area Sales Manager to further support customers and drive revenue with the opportunity for fast-track career growth.
  • The ASR is responsible for driving product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, case coverage, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to develop, implement and deliver on plans to achieve/exceed sales targets defined by Sales Management.
  • Effectively present, support and manage PainTEQ pricing policy and agreements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records.
  • Ensure all inventory needed for a case is available.
  • Create account plans, retention strategies and evaluate physician concentrations to ensure account engagement and increase market share.
  • Act as a product support consultant to physicians and operating room staff during surgical procedures in the safe and proper use of LinQ product and related surgical techniques.
  • Execute goal and objective strategies as established by the leadership team.
  • Submit all required paperwork upon completion of each case.
  • Collection of Purchase Order (PO#) for all cases covered.
  • Build sustainable business relationships.
  • Set up round table educational events for physicians.
  • Participate in product and skill development programs and activities such as classroom education, role-playing, on-the-job training, and other relevant activities that assist in the development of the team and yourself.
 
Compensation:
○ Base Salary: 70-85k, depending on experience
○ Bonus, based on KPIs: 10-30k
○ Total Comp Year 1: 100-120k
○ $835/mo car allowance
○ $100/mo technology allowance
○ Incredible Health Benefits: Employee and family is covered, in-network deductible for individual plan is $250 per year, and family is $750
