This is an Associate Account Manager role in the NorthEast Ohio area. You will be responsible for creating new opportunities with the Account Manager to sell products in a variety of care settings. This requires a self-starter who possesses the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple daily tasks at a high pace resulting in high impact to the company. Strong communication skills, high energy, positive attitude and grit are essential to ensure funnel filling objectives are met on a consistent basis. The Associate Account Manager position is expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information and clearly defined next steps to the Vice President of Sales and Executive Account Manager so they may orchestrate the opportunity to close a new contract and new account onboarding. A high-achieving, successful Associate Account Manager will be in line to earn his/her own territory and elevate to the Account Manager position.

 

 

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Account Executive you will:

  • Assist the execution of sales plan that involves clinical and sales support to improve market share and increase utilization of the 3C Patch while delivering exceptional service to customers

  • Partner with Account Manager and Director of Commercial Excellence to drive awareness by supporting sales and marketing efforts within a region

  • Attends cases in customer accounts, support initiatives to expand clinical utilization and new users

  • Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of products to drive provider utilization

  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products while working with other related personnel to support optimal solutions.

  • Utilizes strong sales skills of probing, presenting and closing.

  • Develops and maintains good relations with key customers, decision- makers and thought leaders throughout territory.

  • Plans and executes sales call activity with multiple call points within target accounts.

  • Penetrates and expands accounts by partnering with customers through the sales cycle.

  • Perform administrative duties as needed (training, budgeting, forecasting, etc).

  • Conducts travel as dictated by the territory.

  • Provide accurate forecast of sales by customer on a timely basis.

  • Provide timely reporting of activities and quarterly business reviews to assist in business planning.

  • Ensure timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our 3C Patch operation and follow all healthcare compliance policies

  • Willingness and ability to relocate within the territory or region to accommodate business need when an open territory does become available.

What You’ll Need

  • 4-year degree

  • 2-3 years of outside sales experience (Medical sales experience preferred)

  • Documented track record of top sales performance

  • Problem solving and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities

  • High sense of an urgency with power to multitask

  • Competency to learn and effectively articulate verbally and in writing technical terminology and information

  • Ability to work in a teamwork environment and effectively collaborate.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Hunter mentality, strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachable, passionate about helping patients

  • High level of professionalism is a must.

  • Ability to travel overnight within a territory (Cleveland, Pittsburgh) 

Perks of the Job

Compensation: 

  • Base salary: $70 - $80K

  • MBO: $40K (paid out quarterly)

  • At Plan: $110-120k+
