Job Duties
- Assist in managing Cardiac Rehab Referrals, Medical Records, and Individual Treatment Plans sent to Medical Directors for review.
- Manage detailed spreadsheets to ensure no records are missing and all Treatment Plans are kept up-to-date.
- Generating patient status reports for physicians and their staff.
- Assisting in communications with patients and doctors' offices.
- Maintaining and auditing the CRM system to ensure accurate information.
- Assisting in marketing initiatives.
- Assisting in lead outreach and execution on various lead generation projects.
- Organizing virtual and onsite meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Organizing files, projects, and confidential documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales & Sales Operations team, as assigned.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
