Job Duties

  • Assist in managing Cardiac Rehab Referrals, Medical Records, and Individual Treatment Plans sent to Medical Directors for review.
  • Manage detailed spreadsheets to ensure no records are missing and all Treatment Plans are kept up-to-date.
  • Generating patient status reports for physicians and their staff.
  • Assisting in communications with patients and doctors' offices.
  • Maintaining and auditing the CRM system to ensure accurate information.
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting in lead outreach and execution on various lead generation projects.
  • Organizing virtual and onsite meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Organizing files, projects, and confidential documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales & Sales Operations team, as assigned.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
