Why You Should Join Us

This is a remote Account Manager position. You will be responsible for overseeing the domestic inside sales of our client's products and services.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Proactively sell specific products and services to a defined target market and territory.
  • Support targeted initiatives, including calling campaigns, to achieve sales goals and meet the Sales team’s objectives.

  • Generate comprehensive sales reports that include accurate forecasts and promote lead generation.

  • Create quotations, follow up on web requests, and collect necessary information for order processing.

  • Maintain accurate end-user information and customer data for CRM functions, including identifying users willing to serve as references for each product.

  • Stay informed about the company's products and services, including features and benefits, and provide information and answer customer inquiries via telephone, internet, and at occasional chapter meetings or events.

  • Collaborate with District Managers on problem resolution and work cross-departmentally to address customer concerns, emphasizing customer satisfaction and swift resolution.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over two years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience when interacting with customers and end-users, displaying a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Possess a team-oriented approach and maintain a positive attitude.

Perks of the Job

Compensation:

Base: $60k
Variable: $30k-$35k
Total Target: $90-95K
