What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • The Account Executive will report to an Area Sales Director 

  • Daily tasks include calling on assigned Hospital Systems, Wound Centers, Physicians’ Offices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers and the Clinicians and Physicians in the assigned territory.

  • Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.

  • Establish and execute sales and service activity to accomplish objectives

  • Actively maintain and grow relationships within the assigned territory 

  • Educate end-users on the clinical benefits of the BioWound Solutions Portfolio for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds, and in surgical applications 

  • Deliver sales presentations, conduct product launches and educational trainings and seminars to health care providers, hospital and office staff, management personnel, supply chain personnel and executive leadership.

  • Onboard new accounts and manage customers by overseeing all aspects of the sale to cash process (i.e., ordering, shipping, receiving, utilizations and collection).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.

  • Maintain access to all current and prospective accounts through compliance with their respective credentialing requirements (e.g., COVID vaccinations) and timely completion/submission of all such account credentialing requirements.

  • Attend and participate in company-sponsored meetings and events such as sales meetings, training events and local/regional/national trade shows, etc.

  • Build and maintain high levels of trust and business partnership with employees across the 

  • Drive sales of the BioWound Solutions Portfolio in varied settings calling on all applicable specialties.


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate sales experience 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the tissue space

  • Experience selling to podiatrists, plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons and/or general surgeons 

  • Proven sales success

  • A strong strategic and analytical approach and thorough understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales execution

  • Knowledge of sales and building new and existing relationships

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Hunter mentality 

  • Team mentality 

  • Belief in mission of company

Compensation:
Base Salary: $100K

  •  Commission: as per the BioWound Solutions Area Director Commission Plan
  • Average Total Compensation: TBD based on territory and experience- uncapped opportunity
