Position SummaryThe Safety Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and executing a comprehensive safety strategy across all modular housing manufacturing facilities and field installation operations. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety excellence. Requirements QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)8–10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, or modular housingExperience managing multi-site safety programs preferredCertifications (Preferred)CSP (Certified Safety Professional)ASP (Associate Safety Professional)OSHA 30 (or equivalent advanced certification)
