General Description
Quality checks of device with custom in house applications
Diagnose and repair a complex, electrified, medical device within scope of device design
Document and utilize ERP to validate repairs and completion (device history records)
Keep up to date on latest advancements on our products
Upgrade devices as directed
Maintain inventories of “Finished Goods”, as well as defective/damaged parts
Deliver Trending Reports to Management
Communicate internally all RMA (Return Material Authorization) events daily as required
Keep storage and repair locations clean and orderly
Build/disassemble device(s) as needed
Assist in maintaining any company delivery vehicle (if applicable)
Skills & Abilities
Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining complex medical devices (or similar)
The ability to use various hand tools and equipment
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly organized and detail oriented
Interpersonal – ability to effectively communicate and complete task
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
