Our EMR of 0.48 reflects our commitment to doing things the right way.The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Construction Regional Safety Manager to support operations across the Fresno, Oakland, and San Francisco areas. This hybrid role combines remote work, time in local offices, and regular travel to job sites. You’ll partner with field and operations teams to drive compliance, coach leaders, and strengthen a proactive safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct job site visits to ensure OSHA and company safety complianceCoach teams and correct unsafe behaviors in the fieldLead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigationsDeliver safety training, toolbox talks, and OSHA 10/30 coursesTrack safety metrics and identify trends for improvementImplement and manage safety and risk programs across projectsCollaborate with estimating and operations during pre-construction to develop Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and identify risk controls during the bidding phaseMaintain accurate documentation for audits, training, and complianceQualifications5–7 years of safety experience in commercial construction or roofingOSHA 510 or 500 required; OSHA 30 required (CHST, ASP, CSP a plus)Strong knowledge of OSHA standardsBilingual (Spanish) preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMust reside in or near Fresno, Oakland, or San Francisco Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience).Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.Company vehicle or car allowance and business-use computer.Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution.Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).Career advancement and professional development opportunities.
