We’re looking for a People & Safety Coordinator to join our team: someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely passionate about creating a positive employee experience. The roleWorking closely with our People & Safety Business Partners, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and be a go-to for day-to-day HR coordination. From onboarding new starters to assisting with people-initiatives, you’ll help ensure our processes run smoothly and our people feel supported. What you’ll be doing Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation Supporting onboarding and offboarding to create a seamless experience Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems (Connx & UKG) Managing the People & Safety inbox and responding to first-level queries (leave, policies, etc.) Assisting with HR reporting and metrics Supporting audits (casuals, visas, fixed-term contracts) Providing coordination and admin support on employee relations matters Contributing to key people initiatives such as performance and remuneration reviews About you You’re someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also bring: Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role (around 2–3 years) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn Solid organisational skills and attention to detail Exposure to HR systems (UKG experience is a bonus) A foundational understanding of HR processes and employment legislatio Who are we, and why should you apply?
