Payer Relations Specialist

ROMTech is seeking a Market Access Specialist to serve as a key link between the Market Access team and the management of critical payer documentation, including payer contracts, agreements, and medical policy guidelines. This role acts as the central gatekeeper for Market Access documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across internal stakeholders. The Market Access Specialist will also provide administrative support to the Market Access team and support reporting, analysis, and presentation of payer-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage payer contracts, agreements, and medical policy documentation

• Ensure compliance with payer policies, contracts, and reimbursement guidelines

• Serve as liaison between Market Access and cross-functional teams

• Analyze payment trends, reimbursement rates, and payer performance

• Support reporting, data presentation, and operational processes for Market Access
