Position SummaryThe Director of Quality & Training / RA Supervisor ensures high‑quality resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance within the CBRF. This hands‑on leader oversees training, coaching, quality assurance, and works alongside caregivers for 20 hours per week as a Resident Assistant.
