Position OverviewSafeSite Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Site Safety Coordinators to support active construction and industrial projects in South Carolina. This is a hands-on, field-based safety role responsible for ensuring site compliance, protecting workers, and promoting a strong culture of safety.The Safety Coordinator will work closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and crews to enforce safety policies, conduct training, and respond to incidents and hazards in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce company and client safety policies and proceduresConduct daily job site safety audits and inspectionsLead safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talksMonitor PPE compliance and safe work practicesIdentify hazards and implement corrective actionsSupport incident investigations and documentationTrack and report near-misses, injuries, and safety observationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, state, and site-specific safety regulationsPromote a proactive safety-first culture among all personnelQualificationsStrong knowledge of Construction Safety & OSHA standardsExperience conducting safety training and site orientationsSkilled in incident investigation and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently in fast-paced job site environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with industrial or data center construction is a plusRequired CertificationsOSHA 30 (Required)First Aid & CPR (Required)OSHA 510 or 500 (Preferred)NFPA 70E (Preferred)Work EnvironmentActive construction siteOutdoor and indoor work environmentsWalking, climbing, and standing for extended periodsMust be comfortable enforcing safety standards in the fieldWhy Join SafeSite Solutions?We are a growing safety-focused company that values professionalism, accountability, and strong leadership on-site.
