What You’ll Do
As an VP of U.S. Sales, you will:
Assist in the development and implementation of the Company’s sales strategies, and annual and long-term sales plans, to drive adoption and utilization of the Company’s products.
Develop and execute the Company’s US sales strategies & plans to achieve/exceed the Company’s Company’s US revenue goals and objectives.
Create a culture of success and achievement by developing, hiring, training and leading a scalable, customer- focused, sales organization to achieve the Company’s US growth goals.
Develop and implement ethical sales policies and practices consistent with the Company’s and AdvaMed’s policies and practices.
Timely and effective reporting and communication of Company sales data, market and competitive data, and customer feedback to the VP, Global Sales to effect alignment and consistency with sales quotas, forecasts and projections, strategies and initiatives, expenses and production forecasts for US Sales.
Provide strategic and customer perspectives on product mix, development, positioning, messaging, clinical/employee training & education programs, marketing programs, materials and initiatives, customer support programs and initiatives.
Serve as the Company’s business leader in negotiation and closure of key accounts and communications with potential and current US customers.
Partner with the President & CEO, and other members of the leadership team to buil and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and medical societies to support the Company’s commercial objectives.
Collaborate with the Company’s clinical team in the enrollment and execution of the Company’s pre- and post-market clinical studies.
What You’ll Need
Willing to travel, excellent communications skills (verbal & written), proven leader, persuasive, adaptable, ability to multitask, results-driven, ability to work across functions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced business degree a plus); 5-10 years of sales leadership experience
10+ years of medical device sales experience.
Perks of the Job
Compensation:
Base Salary: $250,000 (flexible)
Variable Compensation: $150,000+
Total Compensation / OTE: $400,000+, uncapped earning potential.
