Sr. EHS Specialist

For EHS services in the Occupational and Process Safety area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:Bachelor’s Degree and or an equivalent of two (2) years of experience in the regulated industry. Bilingual (Spanish and English). Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Shift: Administrative & according to business needs. Experience in:Managing environmental programs (waste, air, water) and chemical safety (SDS, GHS). Proficiency in core safety systems (Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding).EHS data analysis and reporting (TRIR, LTIR).Creation, revision, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures. The Personality Part:    Our Next Piece is someone who treats everyone they meet like family, especially our resources, clients and team members. Are you ready to take on this new challenge?AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)​​​​​​​Enforce EHS policies, regulations, and programs (OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards).Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive the closure of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) via the Enablon system.Lead training and orientation for new hires and ongoing EHS compliance sessions.Support audits and manage contractor safety standards.Develop and implement safety programs as per regulatory authorities, including ergonomics and industrial hygiene.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workplace hazards and provide technical subject matter expertise.Analyze existing and future processes to identify cost-effective solutions that reduce EHS impacts.Determine the impact of new operations or capital projects on EHS programs to support business objectives.WHO WE ARE:We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
