Start your new Career with Us Today!*Eligibility requirements may apply Essential FunctionsMaintain and apply knowledge of current safety policies, regulations, and procedures.First contact to initiate worker compensation claim. File with Risk Management and insurance company. Hand claims over to Office Manager for injury claim management.Investigate accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventative measures.Conduct safety inspections.Report or review findings from safety inspections, safety evaluations, and accident investigations to General Manager and National Safety Director.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently within the scope of established rules and regulations.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities.Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse and sometimes irate individuals and to handle calmly and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency.Ability to identify, gather, and analyze information, exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions.QualificationsMust be 21 years oldTwo years of college desirableCollege degree preferable.Valid Florida Class C or higher CDL with passenger endorsement (Will train to acquire CDL. Must obtain a CDL in the first month of employment)Acceptable driving record for past three yearsOther RequirementsMust pass pre-employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.Valid DOT Physical requiredFederal Background Check
