If so, we want to talk to you!!We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Safety Coordinator/Technician to lead safety initiatives at our single-site manufacturing facility. Our operations include steel cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, and warehouse logistics.This newly created role will be hands-on and highly visible on the production floor, working closely with supervisors, engineers, HR, and frontline team members to maintain OSHA compliance and drive continuous safety improvement.   This is your opportunity to make a difference, every day.Key Responsibilities:Conduct safety inspections and job hazard analysesLead incident investigations and root cause analysisDevelop and deliver safety training and orientationMaintain OSHA compliance programsManage PPE, SDS, and emergency response systemsTrack safety metrics and implement improvement plansCoordinate audiometric and respirator programsSupport workers’ compensation case managementPromote safety engagement initiatives and employee involvementBe the visible “Safety Champion” for the Company and on the floor Requirements   Successful candidates for the role of Safety Coordinator/Technician will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field2–5+ years manufacturing safety experienceExperience and success with leading training sessions and meetingsStrong OSHA knowledgeExperience with formal problem solving techniquesExcellent communication skillsOSHA 30, CSP or ASP preferredBilingual/Spanish speaking highly desirableWright Manufacturing is proud to offer our Safety Coordinator/Technician the following benefits:· Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance· Company Paid Life Insurance and long-term disability· Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts· 401(k) with a company match of up to 4% of your contribution with full vesting upon eligibility· Paid Leave starting at 80 hours per year · 40 Hours of SSL (Safe and Sick Leave) per year · 8 PAID Holidays· Voluntary Short-term Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance· Weekly pay checks· Training and cross training· Pride in our Team and our ProductsDue to the volume of applications received only those applicants identified for the interview process will be contacted.We work hard and care deeply.
