The main duties include participating in safety meetings, site walks, maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing, and ensuring all safety requirements for certain project are met.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in safety meetings and propose improvements if necessaryEvaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutionsPlan and manage safety documents and new informationSite walks for safety oversight.Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measuresEducation/Qualification: OSHA 30 required.OSHA 10 with a willingness to complete OSHA 30 also accepted.One to two years of related safety experience preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsCapable of maintaining strong relationshipsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam-management and leadership skillsDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesOther Duties:Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.Performs other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:Periods of walking job sites and overseeing safety.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
