Job Description Quality Technician 37262761 Hourly pay: $23/hrWorksite: Leading electronic testing company (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, - Onsite)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 23 Month AssignmentA leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician to support precision inspection processes and focus on high-volume part inspection using manual and automated equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy for components used in advanced electronic measurement systems.Quality Technician Responsibilities:Perform manual and automated inspection of precision-machined components, including microscopic visual inspections and the use of precision measurement tools such as pin, thread, and ring gages.Operate inspection equipment and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to process parts efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Interpret engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), to verify compliance of manufactured components.Handle high-volume inspection workflows requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and consistent performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Support operational excellence by maintaining organized workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to safety and quality standards.Quality Technician Qualifications:Some college or technical coursework is preferred.Experience in manufacturing, mechanical inspection, or precision measurement environments is preferred.Basic proficiency with Windows PC systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform fine motor tasks, including microscope-based inspection.Ability to interpret technical specifications, including GD&T.
