Quality Manager

Qualifications Education Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Six Sigma, CQE, or similar quality certifications preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems Demonstrated ownership of AS9100 systems and successful audit experience Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAI, and customer qualification processes Background in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments Candidates with strong foundational quality experience and a commitment to professional development will be considered and supported through structured training in aluminum extrusion and related processes Technical & Professional Skills Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis Experience with QMS software (EPICS preferred) Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T / ASTM B221 Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to perform pushing, pulling, and twisting tasks
