Full-time Description  Ready to power your career with a leader in the electrical services industry? Apply now to join our team.  Southwest Electric Co. a division of SGB-SMIT Group, is a global transformer manufacturer with European roots, supporting the energy transition with reliable solutions for wind and solar power, industry and urban energy infrastructure.    The Quality Manager will collaborate to shape and maintain quality standards, risk analysis and continuous improvement practices along with the highest standards of excellence.  Quality Manager Responsibilities:   Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standardsEnsure quality assurance throughout manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformersManage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action processesAnalyze quality data, drive root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement measuresEnsure compliance with customer, regulatory, and utility-specific requirementsAct as key quality interface for internal teams, customers, and external auditors Requirements  Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in quality management within power transformers or heavy electrical equipmentStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processesExperience with supplier quality management and audit processesStructured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skillsConfident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment Southwest Electric Co is motivated by our mission to provide a stable and sustainable energy supply for our customers around the world.
