Fuller’s Fridley site, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies. This role drives continuous improvement by reducing defects, improving right-first-time performance, and strengthening data-driven decision-making. The position partners cross-functionally to build scalable processes and elevate plant quality performance.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 4 laboratory employees to meet performance and quality goalsOversee laboratory operations, including testing methods, equipment maintenance, and calibrationManage plant quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO and audit requirementsConduct root cause investigations using tools such as 8D, SPC, and Pareto analysisOversee incoming raw material verification and finished product quality controlMaintain and improve Bills of Materials (BOMs) within ERP systemsPartner with Operations to implement Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiativesManage rework processes and drive measurable reductions in quality-related wasteMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, or quality-focused rolesDemonstrated experience supervising employees and managing performance outcomesProficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis toolsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Requirements5+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, or pharmaceutical environmentsExperience managing customer and supplier quality relationshipsKnowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemsCertification or applied experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies#LI-LK1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000..In addition to your salary, H.B.
