Health and Safety Manager

What You’ll Do You’ll help keep the workplace safe, protect the environment, and make sure the company follows safety rules and ISO standards. Your Main Tasks Help run safety and environmental programs Check the workplace regularly to make sure it’s safe Find safety problems and help fix them Help update safety rules and procedures Train employees on how to work safely Look into accidents and help prevent them from happening again Keep safety records organized and up to date Work with workers’ comp and safety partners when needed Make sure the company follows safety laws and ISO standards What You Need At least 3 years of EHS experience Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience working with ISO standards (like ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) Basic knowledge of safety rules (like OSHA) Good communication skills Ability to work with all types of employees Nice to Have ISO certifications (such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) Degree in safety, health, or a related field Experience working with multiple locations Experience leading safety training or inspections Work Environment Manufacturing setting (on the shop floor often) May travel between nearby locations You should be proficient in: Hydraulics Experience OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) ISO 9001 Certification Experience Investment Casting (Foundry Operations) Hydraulic Systems & Components Foundry Environment Experience ISO 14001 Certification Experience
