Flightline Quality ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Product and Quality Manager (Level K) to join the Field Quality Team in Everett, WA. This position is available for 3rd shift.This position requires a critical thinker with strong business acumen, who is passionate about coaching, and eager to drive cultural change within the organization.Position Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulationsDevelop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomesCreate and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellenceProvide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standardsMake airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and safetyAcquire and manage resources efficiently, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to foster collaboration and successInspire, develop, and motivate employees, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growthTo be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
