Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.Position Summary:The Quality Director is responsible for development/administration of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Staff Development activities throughout the facility to ensure that all state, federal, and CARF standards for care are consistently met. Collects and analyzes data on facility performance, incidents, and documentation to improve facility performance and ensure provision of quality care. Works closely with leadership and staff to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis. Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all facility incidents. Job Duties:Monitors the facility’s quality program.Clinical documentation review and sign offDemonstrates an extensive knowledge of all regulatory standards including CARF, Medicaid, state, and federal lawsAdvises and informs departments on regulatory standards.Works with facility employees to identify risk/safety concerns and leads the team to take corrective action as needed.Collects and analyzes data on facility performance including data on performance indicators, client complaints and grievances, incident reports, etc.Collects incident reports; records, analyzes, investigates data and reports to Performance Improvement Committee and Executive Director.Assists with the development of policies and procedures to ensure the facility and program are meeting applicable licensing and regulatory standards. Utilizes the PDCA method to develop improvement plans for the facility.Ensures facility meets all regulatory standards and laws.Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in a health related field preferred.
