Job Title: Associate Quality Technician-1st ShiftLocation: Selma, TXCompany: Munters CorporationAbout Us: Munters specialize in innovative, energy-efficient climate control solutions for data centers. Munters also manufacture air cooled chillers and fan -coil arrays for specific strategic partners. Munters' solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of data center operators, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance while minimizing environmental impact.Job Scope: Inspect and approve/reject any incoming materials by comparing them against the specifications, production schedules, inventory records, pull lists, bills of materials, and work instructions.Perform Quality Gate inspections by examining in-process production and following the criteria stated in the Checkmate. Document inspection results in Checkmate and complete checklists.Analyze the documented data to calculate the department performance ranking and other Key Performance Indicators.Effectively communicate quality data and results with colleagues, Team Leads, Quality Engineer, Run Test Supervisor and Quality Manager.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like on-the-job training, seminars, and technical publications. Job knowledge topics include brazing, welding, plumbing, electrical, and overall product functionality.Assist in the development, standardization, and implementation of work instructions and training. Take the steps necessary to streamline the work instructions' implementation process.Other Duties:Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
